Chicken Casserole

5 - 6 med. sized chicken breasts, cook, cool & debone
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
Chicken broth, to thin


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bite-size pieces of chicken in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in separate bowl, soup and sour cream. Add enough chicken broth to thin the mixture. Pour over chicken pieces. Melt margarine. Crush Ritz crackers combining with melted margarine. Pour on top of casserole. Bake approximately 30 minutes.
