A version of the Olive Garden House Dressing recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of Paul Newman’s Vinegar and Oil Dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3 packages Sweet and Low (or one tablespoon sugar)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients:

    • In the bottle of Paul Newman’s Vinegar and Oil Dressing, add the minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, and either the Sweet and Low or sugar.
  2. Shake Well:

    • Secure the cap on the bottle and shake well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate:

    • Place the dressing in the refrigerator and let it chill for 24 hours before using. This allows the flavors to meld together.
  4. Serve:

    • Shake the dressing again before serving. Use it on salads or as a marinade for vegetables.
