Here’s a fun and straightforward Valentine’s Day recipe that you can make with minimal effort:

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 jar of marshmallow creme
  • 4 capsules of ginseng (contents only)
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup of margarine
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish:

    • Lightly grease a 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Mixture:

    • In a suitably sized saucepan, combine the margarine, sugar, and evaporated milk.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes.
  3. Add Chocolate:

    • Turn off the heat and stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  4. Combine Remaining Ingredients:

    • Add the marshmallow creme, ginseng (contents of the capsules), chopped pecans, and vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Set the Mixture:

    • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and allow it to set at room temperature until firm.
