Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
  • 9 oz defrosted Cool Whip

For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 1 large box of chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups milk

For the Topping:

  • 1 (9 oz) container of defrosted Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:

    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • In a mixing bowl, blend the plain flour, margarine, and chopped nuts until well combined.
    • Press the mixture into a 9″ x 13″ pan.
    • Bake for 15 minutes. Once baked, allow it to cool completely.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:

    • In a separate bowl, cream the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
    • Fold in the 9 oz of defrosted Cool Whip until well combined.

  3. Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

    • In another bowl, mix the chocolate instant pudding with 3 1/2 cups of milk.
    • Whisk until the pudding thickens, then spread it over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Add the Topping:

    • Spread the remaining 9-oz container of defrosted Cool Whip on top of the chocolate pudding layer.
  5. Refrigerate:
