CHRISTMAS CHEESE BALL

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2 teaspoons chopped onion
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add Pineapple: Stir in the well-drained crushed pineapple until well combined.
