Here’s a version of a homemade Bailey’s Irish Cream recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine the light cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, instant coffee, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract.

  2. Blend: Blend the mixture at high speed for about 20 seconds until well combined and smooth.

  3. Transfer: Pour the mixture into a clean bottle with a tightly fitting cap.

  4. Store: Refrigerate the homemade Irish cream. Shake well before using.
