CHRISTMAS CANDY
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. white chocolate
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 cups Cheerios
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups peanuts
Instructions:
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Alternatively, you can melt it using a double boiler.
Add Peanut Butter: Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the creamy peanut butter until well combined.
Mix in Other Ingredients: Gently fold in the Cheerios, miniature marshmallows, and peanuts until everything is evenly coated with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
Drop onto Cookie Sheet: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
Let Set: Allow the treats to cool and set at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm.
Serve: Once set, enjoy your delicious white chocolate peanut butter treats!
